Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2025
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Vaultline website, and how you can manage your preferences. We have tried to keep the language straightforward. If anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected].
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things between pages or visits — such as whether you have already seen a notice — without asking you repeatedly. Cookies do not run programs or carry viruses.
Cookies are set either by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third-party services running on that page (third-party cookies).
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies Always active
These cookies are needed for the website to function. They remember your cookie preference and ensure the site loads correctly. They cannot be turned off.
Duration: session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are read most, how long people stay, and where they come from. All data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. We may use a service such as Google Analytics.
Duration: up to 24 months (persistent)
Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be placed by advertising or social media services to show you relevant content elsewhere on the internet, based on your visit to our site.
Duration: up to 12 months (persistent)
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you have made, such as display or language settings, so you do not have to set them again on future visits.
Duration: up to 12 months (persistent)
Third-Party Cookies
Some functionality on our website is provided by external services which may place their own cookies. These may include:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics
- Google Maps — the interactive map on our contact section
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy and cookie policies. We encourage you to review them if you wish. Vaultline does not control what those services do with their cookies.
