Service Description
Vaultline offers three programmes focused on organisation, education, and family communication regarding records and estate processes:
- Document Vault Setup (฿4,200) — a guided session helping you build a well-labelled home for your important records, physical or digital, with templates and a contents index.
- Estate Process Explainer (฿7,000) — a half-day workshop explaining, in plain terms, how estate and inheritance processes generally operate in Thailand, with handouts and guidance on where to find official resources.
- Records Handover Planning Programme (฿11,700) — a facilitated multi-session programme helping families agree on where key records live and who holds the relevant contacts.
All Services are educational and organisational in nature. Vaultline does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulated professional advice of any kind. For steps that require a regulated professional — such as preparing or executing a will, valuing assets, or navigating court processes — we will encourage you to work with a qualified specialist.
Services are available to individuals and families in Thailand. Availability may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
User Responsibilities
When engaging with Vaultline, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when enquiring or booking.
- Attend or participate in sessions at the agreed time; where attendance is not possible, give reasonable notice.
- Use any Content provided solely for your own personal or family organisation purposes.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Vaultline materials without prior written permission.
- Treat Vaultline staff and facilitators with courtesy and respect throughout all sessions.
- Understand that Vaultline's role is facilitation and education only, and that acting on information from sessions is entirely your own responsibility.
The following activities are not permitted when using any Vaultline channel or service:
- Sharing session materials publicly, including on social media, without written permission.
- Requesting or expecting advice that falls within the scope of a regulated profession.
- Misrepresenting the nature of Vaultline's Services to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All Content, templates, handouts, workshop materials, and website text created by Vaultline remain the intellectual property of Vaultline. Where materials are provided to you during a Service, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own family organisation purposes.
You may not copy, adapt, resell, or use Vaultline Content for commercial purposes without written consent. Vaultline respects third-party intellectual property and asks users to do the same.
Payment Terms
Service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to, or on the day of, the first session unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are reviewed from time to time; the fee applicable to your booking will be the one confirmed in your booking correspondence.
Cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Sessions cancelled with fewer than 48 hours' notice may incur a partial fee. Sessions cancelled with reasonable advance notice will be offered an alternative date wherever possible. We will always try to find a fair and considerate arrangement.
Service-Specific Terms
Document Vault Setup — Scope covers organisation and labelling of records. Vaultline does not assess the legal validity, completeness, or sufficiency of any document placed in the vault. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified specialist for any document requiring professional review.
Estate Process Explainer — Content is general and educational. It describes typical processes and points to official public resources. It does not address individual circumstances, and nothing in the workshop constitutes advice. The facilitator may decline to comment on specific personal or legal matters.
Records Handover Planning Programme — Sessions involve facilitated family conversations. Vaultline's role is to guide communication and organisation, not to draft, value, or advise. The number of sessions within the programme (between two and four) will be agreed at the outset and confirmed in writing.
Disclaimers
Vaultline's Services are provided for general organisational and educational purposes. We make no representation that any information shared will be complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Vaultline does not provide legal, financial, tax, or any other regulated professional advice. Nothing in our sessions, materials, or website should be treated as such advice. Outcomes for individuals and families vary considerably; Vaultline makes no representation regarding what results you may experience.
Our website and materials are provided on an "as available" basis. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but cannot warrant that all content is free from error at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Vaultline's total liability in connection with any Service shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific Service.
Vaultline shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our Services or materials, including any losses arising from decisions made on the basis of general information provided during a session.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Thai law.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Vaultline harmless from any claims, costs, or losses arising from your misuse of our Services or materials, your breach of this Agreement, or any misrepresentation you make about the nature of Vaultline's Services to a third party.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement at any time with reasonable written notice. If Vaultline ends an engagement without cause, any unused prepaid fees will be refunded promptly. If you end an engagement early, our cancellation terms in Section 6 apply.
Vaultline reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Service where conduct does not meet reasonable standards of respect. Sections relating to disclaimers, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive any termination.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. We much prefer to resolve any concern through a calm, direct conversation before any formal process is considered.
If you have a concern, please write to us first at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your message within five working days and work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
If an informal resolution is not reached, any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Phuket, Thailand, as the jurisdiction of first instance, unless applicable Thai consumer protection law requires otherwise.
General Provisions
- Entire agreement: This Agreement and your booking confirmation constitute the whole agreement between us for the relevant Service.
- Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement continues in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any term on one occasion does not mean we waive the right to enforce it in future.
- Assignment: Vaultline may transfer its obligations under this Agreement to a suitable successor. You may not assign your position under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
- Notices: Notices under this Agreement should be sent to [email protected].
Changes to These Terms
Vaultline may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will note a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For ongoing engagements, we will notify you directly of any meaningful change. Continued use of our Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
