Our Services
Three Ways to Bring Order to What Matters
Each service is a distinct scope — organisation, education, or facilitation. Prices are fixed and published. All materials are included.

How Vaultline Works
Every Vaultline service starts with a clear conversation about what the client needs and whether our scope is the right match. We do not take on work that belongs to a qualified professional, and we say that plainly before any booking is confirmed.
For organisation services, we use a structured framework — the Vault Framework — to assess the current state of a client's records, identify gaps, and guide the creation of a well-labelled, consistent home for documents across physical and digital formats.
For educational content, our workshop material is reviewed annually against publicly available information from Thai government sources. We present general information, not case-specific advice, and always point to the relevant official bodies when further steps are needed.
For facilitation, sessions are structured around an agreed agenda, paced by the family's readiness, and documented with a summary that all participants receive. No family member is pressured to disclose or decide anything they are not ready for.
Initial Assessment
A short call or email exchange to understand your records situation and confirm which service is the right starting point.
Booked Session
Payment is confirmed and a date is set. Materials are prepared in advance and tailored to your context where applicable.
Tangible Output
Every service produces something the client takes away — a labelled vault, printed handouts, or a family agreement document.
Clear Next Steps
Where qualified specialists are needed next, we identify the right category and point you to official resources so your first conversation is productive.
Document Vault Setup
A guided setup that builds one clear, well-labelled home — physical or digital — for all the records a family might ever need to locate. Using our Vault Framework, we assess what you have, help you sort and label it consistently, and produce a contents index that a trusted person could navigate without instruction.
This service is for organisation only. Nothing is interpreted, drafted, or advised upon. The vault is yours to hold and use as you see fit.
What Is Included
- Pre-session review of current records situation
- Vault Framework labelling and indexing method
- Physical and/or digital folder structure
- Printed contents index template
- Session summary with maintenance guidance
Process Steps
- 1 Initial call to understand what records exist and where they are currently kept
- 2 Session one: sort and categorise — deciding what belongs in the vault and what does not
- 3 Session two (if needed): label, index, and set up the chosen storage system
- 4 Printed summary and contents index handed over; maintenance guidance provided
Estate Process Explainer
A half-day workshop covering, in plain terms, how estate and inheritance processes generally work in Thailand — what bodies are involved, what documentation is typically referenced, and where official information is published. Handouts are included.
This is educational content for general understanding. It does not address individual cases, and qualified specialists are recommended for steps that require them. Participants leave better prepared to have informed conversations with lawyers, notaries, and government offices.
What Is Covered
- General overview of estate process landscape in Thailand
- Key bodies and registries relevant to records
- Typical documentation families encounter
- Official resource directory (printed handout)
- Q&A on general topics (not individual cases)
Workshop Format
- 1 Introduction to the general estate process landscape in Thailand
- 2 Overview of key registries, offices, and official bodies
- 3 Review of handouts and reference directory
- 4 Open Q&A on general topics; signposting to qualified professionals where needed
Records Handover Planning Programme
A facilitated programme that helps a family agree, kindly and clearly, where key records live and who holds the contacts — so nothing is lost later. Two to four sessions with a structured agenda, paced by the family's readiness.
The focus is organisation, communication, and shared clarity. The programme does not draft, value, or advise — it readies the family to work with qualified specialists when regulated steps arise. All participants receive a copy of the final handover document.
Programme Outcomes
- Agreed location for all key records
- Named contacts for key advisers and institutions
- Family agreement on who holds access to what
- Printed handover document for all participants
- List of recommended next steps with qualified specialists
Session Structure (2–4 sessions)
- 1 Mapping: What records exist and where they currently live
- 2 Contacts: Who should be called, and by whom, in which order
- 3 Agreement: Family discussion and consensus on the handover plan
- 4 Document: Final handover summary drafted and distributed to all participants
